Drift away with this gorgeous French inspired vintage hot air balloons chest of drawers. This adorable piece was patiently waiting to be brought into focus with some crisp white, dove grey and sweet vintage Italian paper inserts. The rustic combination of raw timber against the muted colour pallet creates an eclectic mix of French Provincial meets relaxed Industrial Chic. The wrought iron knobs playfully mimic the shapes like miniature balloons ready to take you away to on a whimsical ride. I adore this piece and can see it in either a children's bedroom or even in the living room of an eclectic home as a sideboard stacked with vintage books and frames.

This retro 70's styled night stand has great bones. The unique octagonal 'bun' feet are the highlight for me and have been  brought into focus with a lick of fresh blue. Silver, gold and soft blue paisley damask inserts add drama and detail. The result is old world glamour meets retro styling.
